Purchase Coordinator

  • Assist Buying Manager in all planning & buying activities
  • Analyse/ review data and forecast future requirements
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for shipment and import related matters
  • Coordinate with warehouse for all goods receipts and related documentation
  • Coordinate with finance department and verify the accuracy of all purchase documents and supplier payment related matters
  • Data entry for purchase/ goods receipts/ sales related documents


  • Graduate in Science/ Commerce/ Mathematics or Business Administration
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to communicate with international suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Basic arithmetic skills are compulsory, capable of understanding the business metrics such as margins/ pricing/ profit & loss etc.
  • Capability to analyse data using Excel Worksheets and other similar tools
  • Should be a self-starter willing to work as per the business demand.
