1. Candidate must have an Engineer’s Degree
2. Strong working knowledge on VOIP and Telephony.
3. Alcatel experience is an added advantage.
4. 3-5 years’ experience in the same field at Qatar.
5. Customer relation skills are must
6. Should be able to work with IT teams to troubleshoot and solve issues.
7. Should hold valid Qatar Driving License
8. Written and spoken English skills are mandatory
9. Knowledge of Arabic (written/speaking) will be an added advantage
