lead and drive all commercial projects by recommending and implementing soundbusiness plans, strategy, opportunity evaluation, benchmarking, and businessmodels.

-Lead the development of business plans and financial projections for QF managed commercial –     entities, with recommendations on optimizing profitability.
-Prepare business cases, obtain stakeholder buy-in and develop go-to-market plan for new projects.
-Identify opportunities of value creation across The Foundations centers and entities and   recommendations for revenue augmentation.
-Drive projects end to end including setting business goals, defining technical solutions, and conduct   economic analysis.
-Devise and implement with Senior Management a Business Development plan to identify   opportunities to improve revenue generation/cost reductions.
-Develop major commercial contracts and partnership agreements to maximize value for QF.
-Lead the development of minor/mid-sized commercial contract and partnerships agreements to  —    maximize value for QF.
-Presents creative new visions and concepts to do business which support the Community      Development Division of QF.
-Conduct market research activities to identify emerging market trends and opportunities and contribute to the development of marketing and business development strategies to capitalize on them.
-Provide guidance to analytics team as they build and monitor reports and conduct in-depth analyses
Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of past and ongoing commercial terms and pricing changes, in order to optimize revenue generation.
-Conduct market analyses to understand business model trends, customer needs and innovations.
-Provide competitive updates from the field, including the business development activity and strategy of competitors, their pricing and approaches.
-Collaborate with cross functional teams on projects so as to ensure that all efforts are aimed at     expanding image and achieving set annual revenue goals.

Job Requirements

.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field & 8 – 10 years of relevant full-time work experience. MBA is preferable.
.Candidacy or achievement of a recognized professional finance qualification (e.g. CFA or similar) is desirable.
.Outstanding analytical skills with ability to produce financial and other business reports in support of executive decision making.
.Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working in a multicultural environment.
.Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
.Proficiency in MS Office applications
