Brief Description

To Supportin developing new business opportunities and implementing commercial strategiesthat inherent for business growth, community engagement and revenue generation.

Detailed Description

Support in commercial and business development activities leading to growth in revenue generation for The Foundation.
Develop new and creative initiatives and projects to enhance commercial activities in Education City leading to increased activation in Education City and revenue generation.
Develop business relationship with different sectors to market Education City as a destination for business activity, including potential investment opportunities with clients from commerce, retail, food & beverage, sporting, entertainment and events & banqueting.
Lead in building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and potential external stakeholders & boost their interest in involving with Education City.
Manage and plan for new projects through understanding the local market and observing leasing measures to increase community engagement and revenue generation
Focus on revenue generation thru understating the local market, international business and the scope of leasing.
Discover and explore opportunities through observing industry trends and support in introducing growth strategies that enhance sales, and customer experience.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams on projects to ensure successful and low-risk implementation of activities.
Support in developing sales and marketing strategies that are comprehensive enough to influence and increase target markets.
Support in assessing outcomes against set of business objectives thru analysis and reports.
Conduct research regarding market trends/opportunities.
Activate and identify QF Assets that can be utilized to generate revenue and drive footfall.
Conduct feasibility study of existing businesses in QF to evaluate alternative business opportunities depending on local markets and trends.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field & 6 – 8 years of relevant full-time work experience.
Demonstrated ability to work confidently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
English and Arabic Language
Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent planning, project management, and time management skills
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office applications
