Your responsibilities also include assisting customers, handling coordination between the departments, and escalate complaints whenever required across a number of communication channels.
Requirements:
-Must be available to start immediately
-Proven customer support experience (Real estate, Facilities management, Hospitality, Banking)
-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
-Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
-Customer orientation and ability to adapt
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-High school degree or Diploma holders
