Cameraman : ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for operation of broadcast video cameras to the highest industry standards
Working under the instruction of the Studio Director and Director of Photography.
Acting as a pro-active member of the Production team, offering advice on composition of shots.
Finding solutions to practical problems and issues as they arise during Production.
Working in close co-operation with the Senior Camera Operator, Engineering, Support and Maintenance and Bookings teams to highest levels of satisfaction
Demonstrate a good awareness of Health and Safety Issues as they relate to studio Production and outside shootings.
Any other reasonable duties required by the management.
Experience
At least 7 years in a TV production environment with at least 5 years as an independent cameraman.
Experience of Studio Operations as a Camera Operator in a Broadcast or Facilities environment.
Familiar with 4K cameras.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Experience of working as part of a Production team, preferably with experience in News, Drama and Light Entertainment.
Experience
Relevant vocational qualifications.
