We are looking to hire local and international candidates for the below mentioned positions:
1. (01) Facilities/MEP Manager
-Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Engineering Branch
-Minimum 10 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance of MEP system with at least 03 years in similar type of facilities
-02 years experience in Qatar
2. (02) Safety Officer
-Bachelor’s Degree and Relevant HSSEQ (Health Safety Security Environment and Quality) qualification
-Minimum of 5 yeards experience as Safety Officer in Operation and Maintenance services in similar type of facilities
-Sufficient knowledge of International and Qatar’s HSSEQ regulations
3. (01) Storekeeper/Procurement Officer
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Minimum 05 years of experience as Procurement Officer for MEP Equipment, Spare Parts and consumable with sufficient experience in store supervision
-02 year experience in Qatar
4. (01) Admin Asst
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Minimum 5 years of experience in providing general administrative and clerical support/work
-Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
5. (01) FM Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)
-Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical/Mechanical)
-Provide technical support services to the Facilities Management operations by maintaining records and all related documents
-Must have a 10 yrs experience in the Facility Maintenance
-Ensure that the entire FM team is fully conversant with agreed operating procedures for all works.
-Coordinate job requests from Customer, technicians, PPM schedules
-Ensure all tasks are completed to relevant standards
-Ensure methods of working practice for each task is followed by FM team and understand their responsibilities
-Ensure that Health and Safety regulations, including safe working systems, risk assessments are being adhered to by in-house personnel and service contractors
-Ensure that all allocated work is performed to optimize productivity and quality of service
6. (03) MEP Supervisor (Electrical/Mechanical)
-Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
-Manage and supervise the daily activities of the technical team
-Responds to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements and operational policies.
-Minimum 5 years experience with relevant history of installation, maintenance and repair in facility premises
-2 years experience in Gulf Countries
7. (01) General Supervisor (Electrical/Mechanical)
-Knowledge of building systems, trades and materials including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring, masonry and others.
-Minimum of 5 years experience in Operation and Maintenance
8. (08) Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM)/BMS Operator
-Diploma from recognized University in related Engineering discipline
-5 years experience in Monitoring and Operation of Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM)/Control Room/BMS Operator
-2 years experience in Gulf Countries
9. (05) ELV Technician
-Relevant Technical Certificate in ELV system plus Diploma in Relevant Field
-5 years experience in Operation, Maintenance of ELV System and skills in all types of troubleshooting for ELV & Fire Alarm system
-2 years experience in Gulf Countries
10. (24) Fire fighting/Fire Alarm Technician
-Relevant Technical Certificate in MEP and Fire Fighting system plus Diploma in Relevant Field
-5 years experience in Operation, Maintenance of Fire fighting System and and Fire Alarm System. Skills in
all types of troubleshooting for Fire fighting and Fire Alarm system
-2 years experience in Gulf Countries
11. (09) AC Technician
-Certificate of Technical Education for Technicians or equivalent in Relevant Field
-Carry out maintenance checks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; clean evaporator drain pans, coils, and filters; lubricate fan and motor bearings; repair and change motors, electrical wiring, belts, compressors, thermostats, fans, floating elements, and defrost timers
-Carry out repair and routine maintenance duties on equipment, building facilities and offices, building systems, grounds, and structures
-Minimum 5 years relevant experience in electrical maintenance field.
12. (07) Electrical Technician
-Certificate of Technical Education for Technicians or equivalent in Relevant Field
-Inspect on a routine basis electrical equipment, wiring, fixtures and other components to ensure they remain functional and are up to code, as well as to identify any hazards or issues.
-Minimum 5 years relevant experience in electrical maintenance field.
13. (07) Plumber
-Certificate of Technical Education for Technicians or equivalent in Relevant Field
-Working experience in the maintenance /repair of plumbing and sanitary systems/ equipment in commercial environment
-Experience in repairing/ replacing all types of plumbing lines, fittings and sanitary wares.
-Minimum 5 years relevant experience in maintenance field.
14. (06) Shift Helper/Laborer
-High School or G.E.D. preferred
-Must be physically fit and capable of carrying out lifting, cleaning, washing and other manual tasks related to the scope.
15. (02) Civil Technician/Mason
-Certificate of Technical Education for Technicians or equivalent in Relevant Field
-Specialized in metal fabrication, aluminum composite, stainless steel, all types of cladding, ceilings, curtain walls, glazing systems with proofed experience on installation, and knowledge of all type of
structural elements, its function and maintenance.
-Can do concrete foundation and shape it for any design
-Changing/ replacing old ceramic floor and wall tiles, which includes breaking or leveling of flooring and all other equipment / tools needed
-Minimum 5 years relevant experience in maintenance field.
16. (01) Carpenter
-Certificate of Technical Education for Technicians or equivalent in Relevant Field
-Construct, install, maintain and repair woodwork
-Effectively and safely operate a variety of tools and equipment used in the skilled carpentry trade
-Minimum 5 years relevant experience in maintenance field.
17. (01) Painter
-Certificate of Technical Education for Technicians or equivalent in Relevant Field
-Paint surfaces, using brushes, spray gun, or paint rollers, and apply paint with cloth, brush, sponge
-Minimum 5 years relevant experience in maintenance field.
18. (02) Driver
-Qatar Driving License
-Minimum 5 years experience
