QPMC has implemented SAP S4HANA and is looking for SAP candidate proficient in SAP Basis and all SAP systems including but not limited to Human Capital Management (HCM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD), Financials (FI), Materials Management (MM), Project System (PS), Environment, health & safety (EHS), Quality management system (QM), Yard Logistics (YL), Solution Manger (Solman).

This candidate shall have on hands experience upon the above-mentioned areas related to their functional set ups specifically organizational management mapping, personnel administration data cleansing, and technical support and troubleshooting for complex software issues.

The candidate should be able to perform below for SAP and other systems:

Manage routine SAP system checks and controls to ensure compliance.
Review /maintain user access levels.
Review and update system documents to ensure current and relevant for all sites
Participate in SAP change projects, including preparation and execution test scripts and creation of test user IDs and controls.
Prepare user guides and training materials.
Follow change control procedures to ensure all changes are logged and assessed for business impact and tracked to satisfactory completion. Ensure change controls & doc reviews are carried out within agreed targets.
Manage user access to database applications, including the creation, modification and deletion of usernames and passwords.
Maintain and provide administrative support for the organization websiteSharePoint site.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of technical computer-related problems.
Perform all unit testing on software as well as occasional QA of the customization.
Partner with hardware manufacturers for sales support, and pairing ERP devices with ERP software solutions.
Perform planning of technology relate hardware upgrades, monitor the performance, and diagnose problems associate with software.
Coordinate go-live activities/Monitor/troubleshoot post go-live transmissions.
Generate metrics pertinent to tracking system and operator performance with respect to meeting the SLA.
Administer sensitive and confidential information in compliance with the QPMC regulations and corporate policy.

People:

Ensure compliance with the performance management process and its linkages to learning and development, compensation, promotion, career development and succession planning. This is done in full collaboration with the HR function.

Contribute to the people development initiatives within the department.

Qualification and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline is required.
Application Development or Database Management certification from relevant institutions will be preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
Good command of English & Arabic languages is required.
Proficient in MS office tools.
