Quality & Procurement Engineer
Project : Fertilizer Plant Construction Project
Contract Duration : 28 Months
Job Location : Initially 14 Months at Germany / Rest 14 Months at Qatar
Engineering Degree in relevant discipline with 15 Years’ experience related to Quality Control in Engg. & Procurement with oil/gas or petrochemical or fertilizer industry.
Ensure Vendors’ compliance with the applicable quality system processes, procedures and specifications during the Engineering and Procurement phases. Follow up, evaluate, qualify and monitor Subcontractor works during equipment fabrication from quality and progress aspects.
Provide quality input to engineering equipment, inspection & test plans, procurement packages, material requisitions and technical bid evaluations. Review & approve Contractor’s/ Subcontractors NDT procedures & Inspection and Test Plans.
Manage and coordinate all witness inspections on behalf of the Project at Subcontractors locations
