Quantity Surveyor – Piping
📍 Location: Ras Laffan
⏰ Duty Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week

Responsibilities
▪️ Oil Gas Experience is Mandatory.
▪️ Prepare and review quantity take-offs and estimates for piping materials and labor costs.
▪️ Conduct site visits to gather data and measurements for quantity surveying purposes.
▪️ Analyze and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine material quantities and cost estimates.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop accurate and comprehensive quantity surveying reports.
▪️ Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals for piping works.
▪️ Monitor and track piping material and labor costs throughout the project lifecycle.
▪️ Identify and document changes in scope, design, and construction that may impact piping quantities and costs.
✅ Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Minimum 8-10 years of experience in oil & gas or plant sector (Qatar/GCC preferred)
* Strong hands-on practical experience in piping QS
