We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Real Estate Agent. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Conduct property showings and open houses for potential buyers
- Market and advertise properties to potential buyers and renters
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with buyers, sellers, and renters
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and property values
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Attend networking events and build relationships with industry professionals
Requirements:
- Active real estate license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and property values
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
