We are currently hiring for the position of Receptionist in Qatar. We are looking for a detail-oriented team player who can efficiently handle various administrative tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for a range of duties including organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring accurate logging of daily incoming calls.
- Maintain attendance sheets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Manage emails, handling inquiries, clarifications, and document management.
- Distribute incoming mail promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain the phonebook and update contact details as needed.
- Keep reference sheets for technical works and assist with filing.
- Handle office supplies and manage intellectual property rights.
- Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements of accounts, and facilitate payments.
- Perform filing tasks to ensure documents are organized and accessible.
- Manage petty cash, including updating invoices and petty cash sheets.
- Monitor courier activities, including receiving, sending, and filing of packages.
- Oversee maintenance and service tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or relevant work experience.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
