As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your warm demeanor and exceptional communication skills will ensure that everyone who enters our premises feels welcome and attended to. Your responsibilities will include:
• Greeting clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous manner.
• Managing incoming and outgoing email.
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Providing administrative support.
Skills:
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
