Receptionist – Oryx Veterinary Center (Doha, Qatar)
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team at Oryx Veterinary Center in Doha. You will be the first point of contact for clients and their beloved pets—including birds and falcons—ensuring a warm and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with check-ins, appointments, and service information
Manage scheduling, phone and email communication
Maintain accurate patient records and handle billing and payments
Coordinate inventory and online orders (Snoonu & Talabat)
Keep reception and waiting areas clean, stocked, and welcoming
Support staff coordination and uphold clinic confidentiality protocols
