We are looking for a Recruitment Officer with 3+ years of experience candidate who can join immediately with NOC and a transferable visa.
Human resources (HR) Admin is a professional who completes administrative duties for the human resources department of an organization. They assist HR managers with maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases, assist with payroll processing, and provide administrative support to all employees

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
2. Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
3. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
4. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
5. Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
6. Completing paperwork for new hires.
7. Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
8. Managing internship programs.
9. Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
10. Providing recruitment reports to team managers

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

– A bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field.
– The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
– Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
– The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Good interpersonal skills.
– Good decision-making skills.
– A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.

Preferred who are available in Qatar and can join immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: QAR3,000.00 – QAR4,000.00 per month
