Senior System Administrator

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our IT department. You’ll be responsible for managing our server and network infrastructures. Responsibilities include supervising our Operations team, monitoring system performance and configuring new software and hardware. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems.

Responsibilities

Datacenter Management and Monitoring
Manage deployment and support of internal infrastructure system ensuring that periodic tasks are completed by each team member.
Assign schedules, coordinate staff, and allocate resources to ensure efficiency and productivity are maximized.
Coordinate with external technology vendors, internal staff members and third-party consultants.
Analyze, Design and Implement System Infrastructure.
Technology management and support escalations for end users.
Monitor Network to ensure security and availability to specific users.
Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment and security.
Manage Microsoft Exchange 2016 (Mailbox, Mailbox Policy, OWA, And Public Certificate).
Hybrid Exchange Experience and Office365 Migration.
Troubleshooting of email issues.
Manage and customize office 365 and SharePoint.
Manage Barracuda and Proofpoint for mail flow.
Manage SSL certificate for exchange server.
Manage AD services on Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016(DNS and DHCP).
Backup Critical servers (Exchange, SQL, Oracle, DC, and System State) using Symantec Backup Exec and Veeam backup.
Manage VMs, monitor performance and resources of Hyper-V hosts using (VMM 2012,2016).
Configure and manage virtual machine on Hyper-V.
Manage user’s requests by using Spiceworks solution.
Configure Group Policy for users depends on their department.
Setup shared folder according to users’ privileges.
Any other duties as assigned by the senior manager.
