Job Opening: Sales Supervisor (FMCG)

Responsible to lead and supervise the sales team on their day-to-day activities and the handling of promotions to ensure that the department meets or exceed its sales targets and objectives.
The scope of their responsibility shall be the sales and distribution of all products to the outlets to the assigned customers (e.g. Lulu, Carrefour, AlMeera, Monoprix etc.,)
The Sales Supervisor is expected to support the Field Sales Manager in all departmental programs and activities, while supporting the sales team in the resolution of any escalated issues with the customer and other support functions within the Company.

Job Specific Skills:

Must have Qatar Driving License.
Demonstrated knowledge in FMCG operations, best practices, and trends.
Knowledgeable in market intelligence, research, and competitor analysis for FMCG business
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to negotiate, hammer out tough agreements and settle disputes equitably.
Ability to use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
Ability to build, manage and maintain productive customer relationships.
Ability to plan, prioritize and effectively organize oneself and the team to meet the workload and objectives.
Adaptive in nature and able to operate in a fast paced and competitive market environment.
Ability to serve as a role model on professionalism, commitment and exhibiting a positive attitude.
Expert knowledge of MS Excel
Strong Analytical Techniques
Experience of working with ERP
Good Interpersonal Skills.

Academic Qualifications: Must have bachelor’s degree.
