Sales Coordinator – Industrial
Location: Near at Mushereb Metro station, Qatar
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator for our industrial sector. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by managing schedules, customer communication, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer orders and inquiries
Handle client communication regarding products and services
Prepare sales reports and maintain records in our database
Ensure timely delivery and follow-up on shipments and client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales coordination or a related field, preferably in the industrial sector
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
