This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive / Manager – Land Freight at Active Shipping in Doha, Qatar. As a Sales Manager – Land Freight, you will be responsible for managing and growing land freight sales operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors.

The ideal candidate – is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of Overland LTL, FTL and warehousing business and they should be good in prospecting and developing strong relationships with other Forwarding companies and customers.

Prior experience in sales or account management within the freight forwarding industry

Strong understanding of land freight logistics and supply chain management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Fluency in English and Arabic Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business 3+ years’ of sales experience in Freight Forwarding Excellent written and verbal communication skills
