We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales In-Charge / Supervisor to lead our Uniform Division. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the uniform or garments industry, with proven ability to bring new business, lead a sales team, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Lead and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
▪️ Identify and develop new business opportunities in the uniform and garment sector (corporate, schools, hospitality, industrial clients, etc.).
▪️ Maintain strong follow-up and correspondence with clients to finalize orders.
▪️ Prepare and present quotations, product samples, and proposals to clients.
▪️ Coordinate with the production and design departments to ensure timely delivery.
▪️ Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
▪️ Handle negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
Requirements:
▪️ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in uniforms or garments.
▪️ Strong client network and market knowledge within Qatar.
▪️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
▪️ Team leadership experience.
▪️ Multi-language skills are an advantage.
▪️ Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
🔆 Salary Package: QAR 5,000 – 6,000 (Full Package) based on experience and performance.
