Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product/service information, order processing, and resolving complaints or issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Support the sales team in meeting targets by generating leads and upselling services when appropriate.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Translate and localize communication materials for Arabic-speaking customers.
Qualifications:
- BA graduate with Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in customer support or a sales-related role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Sales-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
