Automobile Industry and Car Rental experience is MUST
1. Assist in vendor selection & Onboarding and evaluation of the vendor services
2. Vendor relation & coordination for day 2 day operations and execution of the reservation
3. To build up the supplier line up from ground up and to monitor the process flow of the reservation/bookings on execution level
4. Brand representation in sales meetings, events to promote the brand and new supplier on boarding
5. Cost negotiation and fleet acquisition to have continuous access to fleet
6. Develop strategies for local market based on demand and supply to increase the business volume
7. To maintain the fleet at optimum level for maximum utilization
8. Handle or assist in the resolution of customer service issues
9. develop strategies to increase market penetration and increase revenue
10. Must be capable to handle business meetings to obtain new business
11. Collaborate with management/HQ for maximum fleet availability, operational stability, budgeting, review meetings and for cohesion between ground team and CSR team.
12.Negotiate and manage vendor service contracts and relationships to ensure vehicle availability at all times as per the Selfdrive standards
