➠Senior Architect :
– Coordinate all Architectural, Structural, MEP and other services tender drawings with IFC drawings.
– Revised projects material submittals to comply with project specification and submit for consultant approval.
– Prepared all procurement packages to proceed accordingly.
– Revise and coordinate all Structural and MEP sub-contractor shop drawing submissions for consultant approval.
– Finalize all Architectural shop drawings submission for consultant approval in accordance to be coordinated with
Structural and MEP shop drawings.
– Finalize all required surveying drawings.
– Coordinate all Architectural, Structural, MEP works at site if any discrepancies found according to site condition.
– Attend site coordination meeting with projects consultant team, contractor, sub-contractor and other discipline involve
in the projects.
– Finalize mock up shop drawing to achieve ID design / specification in accordance with client /operator requirements.
– Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
– Discuss with client (if any) additional work required to be added in project in- accordance to with all related item.
– Revise and submit all projects as built drawings for consultant approval.
– Revise and submit all projects handing over document for
each QATAR authorized department approval.
