Job Description:
As a Senior E-Channel Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our organization’s success. Your responsibilities include:
1. Project Leadership: Lead and manage e-business projects, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.
2. Strategic Development: Implement lifecycle strategies and guidelines for IT systems, from planning to maintenance.
3. User Satisfaction: Meet user requirements, ensuring timely and satisfying solutions.
4. Policy Implementation: Enforce e-business policies and standards, keeping development on track within constraints.
5. Solution Optimization: Monitor and provide adequate systems to meet user needs effectively.
6. Innovation: Provide new solutions and MIS reports for a user-friendly environment.
7. Website Operations: Ensure the website’s performance and standards.
8. Documentation: Prepare and maintain standards and user guides.
9. Governance: Integrate design and development standards within our governance framework.
10. Security and Compliance: Uphold IT security, internet security, BCP, and disaster recovery standards.
11. Collaboration: Collaborate on E-Business requirements as assigned.
12. Efficiency: Promote online collaboration and workflow tools for a paperless environment.
Qualifications:
University graduate in Computer Science or related field with at least 10 years of financial services experience.
IT security architecture courses.
Training and certification in systems technology, web management, and banking.
Self-driven with strong motivational and team-building skills.
Proficiency in programming languages.
Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (preferable).
Effective leadership, management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Project management and documentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
