Must Requirement
: Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly with Qatar Energy projects, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all electrical and instrumentation activities at the site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the main contractor to align project goals and timelines.
• Supervise the installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Ensure that all work is completed within budget and on schedule.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Manage manpower to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare and manage permits to work to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Develop and review method statements and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
