๐ What You’ll Do:
-Analyze workforce data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities
-Collaborate with HR, Finance, and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives
-Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and predictive models using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
-Provide insights on workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and DEI metrics
-Drive continuous improvement in HR data governance and processes

What Weโre Looking For:
+8 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a strong focus on HR or human capital
-Proficiency in HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) and data tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms)
-Strong analytical, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
-Strategic mindset with a passion for people data and organizational effectiveness
