We are looking for Senior Legal Counsel
Arabic Nationality Preferred
Job Description:
• Managing contracts and agreements between client and the external parties and provide legal opinion wherever necessary.
• Formulating policies and procedures for the various legal activities. Providing advice and counsel (under the direct supervision of the Director of Legal) to client’s different business units with respect to all legal issues.
• Studying the constitutions, statutes, laws, rulings, and regulations of the State of Qatar and following their updates to determine their legal implications on client.
• Ensuring business units, divisions, and departments compliance with the overall legal policies and regulations.
• Preparing periodic reports highlighting client’s compliance with laws to be submitted to the Director of Legal.
• Following up on all Corporate Governance matters related to business of client
• Following up on all Corporate Governance matters related to business of client
• Representing the Company in front of government authorities in different legal matters.
• Providing efficient legal services with respect to ongoing and new projects.
• Providing any legal support and assistant to the Director of Legal in all matters related to the legal department.
5 Years experience in GCC same position.
