We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Engineer – High Voltage to oversee and manage high-voltage electrical activities within major capital projects. The ideal candidate will ensure project deliverables meet schedule, quality, and safety standards while supporting commissioning requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the progress of all high-voltage electrical activities, monitoring deviations from the EPCC Contract Schedule Baseline and ensuring alignment with the commissioning schedule.
· Contribute to the Project Risk Register and support mitigation planning for engineering-related risks.
· Ensure all Company-supplied scope and tie-ins are completed, ready for installation, and delivered according to project schedule and quality standards.
· Participate in subcontractor kick-off meetings, coordinate inspections, monitor fabrication progress, and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
· Ensure compliance with all relevant Major Projects &HSE requirements.
· Assist in preparing project reports, participate in project audits, technical reviews, and lessons learned sessions.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
· Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in major capital projects.
· Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems, EPCC project execution, and commissioning requirements.
· Proven experience in managing subcontractors, inspections, NCRs, and project reporting.
· Familiarity with HSE standards and best practices.
