Job Category: Nurse
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help patients with personal hygiene and care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, and bowel and bladder care
- Take and record patient vital signs and weight
- Observe and record patient’s conditions, food and liquid intake and other behavior, and report changes to supervisor
- Help patients walk with canes, walkers, or other devices
- Make beds, and maintain clean and safe environments for patients
- Lift, transport, and move patients using the appropriate techniques
- Treat all patients, family, and other visitors with respect, and engage with them in a tactful manner at all times
Qualifications:
- Must be a Female, Philippine national
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid PRC License
- Recent 2 years’ experience as Homecare Nurse/Private Duty Nurse
- Prior work experience in a direct patient care setting or in a long term care facility preferred.
- Must be in good physical health to be able to lift and move patients, and to be able to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Must be compassionate and personable
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments
- Ability to handle emotional and stressful situations in a professional manner while remaining calm.
Working Hours, Salary & Benefits:
- Salary from QAR 3500
- Accommodation & Transportation provided by the company
- 42 days + 6 days Eid Holidays plus Ticket Allowance after 2 years
- 8 hrs. + 4 hrs. OT/day & 1 day off per week
