Silver & Bow is currently seeking an experienced Estate Manager on behalf of our returning client based in Doha, Qatar. Our client is seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to manage their exclusive palaces with utmost dedication and discretion, taking ultimate responsibility for the smooth running of day-to-day operations and upkeep of the properties themselves.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations and management of 6 properties, ensuring their efficient functioning and maintenance.
• Supervise a dedicated team of staff members, providing guidance and support to uphold the highest standards of service excellence.
• Adhere to the client’s strict standards of excellence and discretion in all aspects of estate management.
• Utilise your background in a 5-star hotel or similar role to bring a luxury hospitality perspective to estate management.
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities to effectively manage and inspire the team.
• Exhibit flexibility and a straightforward approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in estate or hotel management, preferably within a luxury setting.
• A track record of successful leadership and management of teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Days/Hours: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
Salary & Benefits:
