Al Mohannadi for Roads, Trading & Contracting is seeking an experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in road projects, traffic diversion planning, and site traffic control operations.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Traffic Management / Road & Infrastructure Projects
Valid STMS Certification (approved by relevant Qatar authorities)
Strong knowledge of temporary traffic management plans (TTMP)
Experience in coordinating with site engineers, safety officers, and government authorities
Ability to supervise traffic marshals and ensure compliance with safety standards
Good understanding of Qatar traffic regulations and road safety procedures
Strong communication and leadership skills
Candidates must be capable of handling on-site traffic operations efficiently while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
