Sr. Rotating Engineer
Job Location: Doha, Qatar.
Job Type: – Permanent role
Job Description:
– Preparation of Mechanical data sheet, technical specifications for the design & procurement of Mechanical Rotating equipment’s by applying the applicable international codes, standards and / or Project specific standards.
– Well versed in Designing, Overhauling, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Rotary Equipment like Centrifugal Pumps, Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors, Steam Turbine, Expanders, Agitators, Mixers, Blowers, Fin-fans etc.
– Preparation of Material Requisition, technical evaluation of vendor’s offer, technical bid evaluation & purchase requisition.
– Reviewing & approving vendor documentation for Rotating equipment’s for the assigned projects.
– Other miscellaneous activities like inter departmental coordination for fast closure of Engineering related issues.
– Interaction with Client and Vendor to resolve technical / engineering issues.
– Meeting with Client and Suppliers for fast closure of engineering deliverables.
– Prepare & updated Project risk management register, Value engineering, Cost optimization.
