3. Materials Posting on ERP
4. Materials Request Processing & Checking QTY as per MTO
5. Weekly Sendling Material Stock Report
6. Weekly Sendling Stock Report for Purchasing
7. Preparing Delivery Note
8. Replying to e-mails
9. Preparing/Giving Report of Projects Materials Estimated Delivery time
10. Taking Signature of Concern Eng. on Release Voucher
11. Inspection of Materials Received in Store with Eng.
12. Providing Materials Certificates
13. Yearly Counting Store Materials
14. Reserving Materials for Requested Projects
15. Following up to collect Project Materials
16. Following with Procurement for Materials Delivery time
17. Processing Near Miss Report & Providing its Status
18. Checking with Account Dept. Regarding Project Approval to Release Materials
