Position: Administrative Assistant
Workplace: Office near city center
Salary: according to experience
Start date: As soon as possible
Main Responsibilities:
• Managing incoming documents (requests)
• Processing incoming mail, email, fax, etc.
• Scanning;
• Completing information related to the update of the latter in the internal tracking systems;
• Electronic filing of incoming documents;
• Processing customer requests electronically; report, email, etc.
• Manage outgoing documents (requests) • Printing of documents;
• Completion of document update information in internal tracking systems;
• Mailing, emailing, etc.
• Electronic filing of outgoing documents;
• Processing customer requests electronically; report, email, etc.
• Word document formatting, procedure updates;
• Prepare all documents related to monthly billing;
• Peer review of work;
• Any other related duties.
Profile:
• At least three years experience in an administrative position;
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PDF, Outlook, Teams;
• Bilingual (intermediate French and intermediate English);
• Manage priorities according to tight deadlines;
• Strong organizational skills
• Great attention to detail and initiative.
