Immediate Hiring – Talent Acquisition Associate (Qatar-Based)
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team and drive high-quality recruitment outcomes.
Key Requirements:
• 5–7 years of proven talent acquisition/recruitment experience
• MBA or Master’s in HR-related field
• CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification (Mandatory)
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards & Boolean search
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Insurance industry hiring experience is an advantage
• Salary: QAR 8,000–9,000
