Job Summary: We are seeking a temporary HR and Admin Assistant to support our HR and administrative functions for a period of 1 to 2 months, starting on October 15. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to assist in daily HR tasks, documentation, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records, recruitment support, and onboarding.
Handle general administrative duties, including filing, document management, and answering calls.
Support payroll preparation by ensuring employee data is up to date.
Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized office environment.
Provide general support to the HR team as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
