As a Florist for Large Artificial Plants and Flowers, you will be responsible for creating and arranging stunning artificial floral displays and plant arrangements. Your creative flair and eye for detail will be essential in ensuring that customers receive high-quality products that meet their aesthetic preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Create Artificial Floral Arrangements: Utilize your artistic skills to design and create captivating artificial floral arrangements that meet customer requirements. This includes selecting appropriate artificial plants ,flowers, foliage, and other decorative elements.
Arrange Plants and Greenery: Arrange large artificial plants and greenery to create visually appealing displays. This includes ensuring proper placement, balance, and overall aesthetics.
Provide Expert Advice: Offer expert advice and guidance to customers on suitable artificial flowers and plants for various occasions, settings, and preferences. This includes knowledge of different flower types, color combinations, and arrangement techniques.
Maintain Inventory: Keep track of inventory levels for artificial flowers, plants, and related accessories. Ensure that necessary supplies are stocked and readily available.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction with their purchases.
Manage Floral Orders: Receive, process, and fulfill customer floral orders efficiently and accurately. This includes packaging arrangements and ensuring they are safely delivered or collected by customers.
Stay up to date on current trends and techniques in artificial flower design and care.
Assist with store merchandising, including setting up displays and signage.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Florist, preferably with a focus on large artificial plants and flowers.
Strong knowledge and understanding of various large artificial plants, flowers, and their care requirements.
Proficient in floral arrangement techniques, including color coordination and design principles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow customer preferences and specifications.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including big size pots and large arrangements.
Knowledge of basic floral design techniques and tools, such as wire cutters and floral tape.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Locally available in Qatar with valid QID, NOC and can join immediately.
