1. BAKERY PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS EUROPEAN BREADS / ROLLS
• Hands on experience of a minimum of 8 to 10 years with complete knowledge in the development and production of high-quality products from scratch, Healthy & European Breads, Rolls, Artisan Breads, savories, etc.
2. PASTRY CHEF
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in the production of high international quality Cakes & Pastries with knowledge of French products and the ability to manage a team and take responsibility for quality & cost
3. SOUS CHEF / CHEF D PARTE-
• Minimum 5 years experience in high-quality continental/ European/diet & healthy food planning and preparation under strict HACCP guidelines and procedures
