The IT Project Manager Consultant position is to support IT Business Application Subsurface projects. The primary responsibility is supporting, monitoring, managing, and delivering the IT Subsurface Projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide technical expertise to support the project from design to implementation
Ensure technical project requirements are identified, recorded, and implemented.
Liaise with business focal points and third-party resources to implement the project scope.
Ensure all project deliverables meet the approved blueprint/design and associated business requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong Oil & Gas business and/or technical background in the area of E&P Information Technology Project
Extensive knowledge of Project Management life-cycle using Project Management methodology
Extensive knowledge of full life-cycle E&P data especially focusing on drilling and geoscience domain
Extensive experience in delivering E&P sub-surface information technology projects
Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
Excellent project documentation skills
YOU NEED TO KNOW:
This is an on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.
The contract duration is 2 years (renewable if needed).
Candidates based in Qatar are strongly preferred, but international candidates are also welcomed.
