Accountant required in Trading Group, Qatar
Providing support to the accounting department.
Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Booking invoices (verifying with purchase orders, Good Receipt Note, Payment terms and accounting the vendor invoices).
Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
Prepare table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts.
Maintain digital and physical financial records.
Keep abreast of new products, their features and value and any changes in price.
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Reconcile finance accounts/invoices and direct debits and identify discrepancies.
Research and resolve discrepancies.
Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise; guide them and provide relevant information and, when necessary, refer dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
Managing petty cash transactions.
Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries
Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
