The function of this senior management role is to guide and manage Human Resources services for the
Company. The role will cover all generalist aspects of HR whilst specifically focusing on developing a
talent management programme and internal training academy to ensure the learning and development of
employees is supported and long term succession planning is achieved.
A proven track record of leading the delivery of HR functions to a high standard.
A proven track record as a HR generalist, preferably in a senior role. Up to date knowledge of employment law.
The ability to originate and lead organizational strategies in HR. Experience in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance. Experience of managing and developing a team of HR personnel
