The Counter Sales and Social Media Specialist is responsible for answering customer queries and resolving all the problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Essential Functions
Greeting customers and taking orders as soon as they arrived in the store.
Handling customer complaints.
Maintain strong relationship with the customer.
Monitoring and updating social media to improve Marketing and increase sales (Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp).
Adheres all the rules and regulations of the Company.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience plus 3 years of related experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent sales skills.
