Description
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and candidate profile.
Conduct job analysis to prepare job description and person specifications and obtain the approval of the hiring manager.
Attracts applicants by placing job ads; contacting recruiters, using social networks and job boards.
Screen resume and shortlist the qualified candidates as per the set competencies.
Phone screen the shortlisted applicants to evaluate their competencies and work experience.
Run the first face-to-face interviews to determine candidate and organization fit.
Coordinate with the management the Second interview through sharing meeting invites and the necessary evaluation forms.
Discuss interview outcome and share feedback with candidates.
Perform reference and background checks.
Negotiate job offers and ensure candidate’s understanding of company pay structure and Compensation and Benefits programs.
Coordinate with PRO for Employment (Employment Visa, NOC, Finger Print, Medical examination, QID, Health Card,..)
Lead orientation for new joiner and clearly communicate company vision, mission, policy and procedures.
Monitor new employees’ performance throughout the onboarding stage till end of probation.
Administrate Monthly payroll, WPS Reports, End of Service, Vacation Clearance, Accruals,
Ensure that any new employees are duly set up on the payroll system on time for their first wage to be processed.
Ensure that all employees whose employment has been terminated are duly finished on the payroll system, with all final payments being made.
Ensure that all manual deductions are made in the month they occur and kept under proper control.
Issue Pay slips, salary certificate, experience certificate, Bank letters and Loan requests, Embassy letters…
Prepare and monitor the annual vacation calendar of all employees; verify the entitlement as a basis of year-round company wide leave plan.
Process employee’s leave approval from the Management after confirmation of leave entitlement, availability of replacement & clearance from the concerned Department in a timely manner.
Manage and handle Employee attendance, sickness, requests, Grievances and Disciplinary actions, etc.
Handle Logistic of employee vacations including; flight booking and Exit Permit.
Maintain employees’ personal information, HR filing systems as well as general official documents
Coordinate Employee Engagement activities and Recognition Programs.
Manage the effective execution and controlling of HR policies and procedures.
Review company policy and procedures periodically and update employee handbook accordingly.
Ensure Local Laws and company internal policies and regulation are followed.
Manage Performance Appraisal and Management process.
Prepares promotional/transfer/confirmation letters and send out respective communication announcements.
Process employee separation documentations after obtaining approval from the Management.
Conduct face to face exit interview for end of service employees; collect the feedback, compile the data, identify trends and provide analysis report to the Management.
Ensure end of service transactions and vacation clearance are prepared and be accurate. Liaise with finance for payment of end of service as per exit schedule.
Liaise with the PRO the Off-boarding procedures including NOC, Visa Cancellation, and Sponsorship transfer.
Prepare all the requested business reports and presentations.
Must have at least 4-5 years of HR Work experience in Qatar in all facets of HR:
Recruitment and Hiring process
On-boarding of new employee
Timekeeping and attendance monitoring
Employee Relations
Employee Exit procedures
Compensation and Benefits
Staff Management
Candidate must be an Arabic speaker with good English communication skills
Must be knowledgeable with the Qatari Labor Law
Skills
Qualifications and Skills:

-Arabic Speaker

-Minimum 3 year experience in all functions of HR.

-Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and governmental procedures.

-Experience in leave management, payroll and WPS reports. -Excellent command of both Arabic and English is a must.

-People oriented person with excellent communication skills.

-Excellent user of MS office application; word, excel , power point and outlook.

-Candidate has to be locally available in Doha with NOC or family sponsored visa.

-Ready to start within short notice period.

-Fast learner and able to adapt.

-Able to work under pressure and to meet deadline.
