Preparing correspondence on the GM’s behalf.
Writing reports and executive summaries as backdrop to weekly activities.
Managing and reviewing filing and office systems.
Arranging of meeting, functions and booking conference calls.
Origination of word documents, preparation of PowerPoint slides presentations and spreadsheets.
Must be able to communicate professionally, directly and by telephone, with others
Perform any other duties as specified by the manager.
All other administrative work as assigned.
Female candidate, preferably Arab nationality
Fluent in English and Arabic
