PROJECT MANAGER – Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable University. Total construction experience must be minimum of 15 years. Project Management experience must be a minimum 7 years of which minimum 5 years shall be in Qatar.

Has deep knowledge and experience in road works and infrastructure projects. Has reliable background in working with Ashghal.

Must be UPDA (Grade A) from MMUP. Must speak English and Arabic (both fluently)

STAKEHOLDER MANAGER -The Stakeholder Manager will deal with all the external agencies to obtain government approvals and licenses in Kahramaa and Ashghal for all services that need to be installed.

CONTRACTS AND COMMERCIAL MANAGER – Responsible for being the focal point for the treatment of all contractual issues and also involved in organizing and controlling working relationships with paymaster, performing bidding and negotiated rates with subcontractors and suppliers, managing all legal aspects of the contract documentations, Evaluating construction contracts and risk assessment.

Required Qualifications – hands-on experience in managing construction contracts, good knowledge of construction trades and relevant legal requirements in Qatar, exceptional knowledge of civil engineering standards. Having degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.

Having Quantity Surveying background with minimum of 7 years total construction industry experience. Working in Qatar for minimum of 5 years.

Preferably native English speaker

Candidates must have an available NOC & Visa transferable.
