United Safety is expanding Sales Team and is looking to hire Sales Specialist/ BD for our operations in Qatar.

I. Scope of Job
The Sales Specialist/BD has the ultimate responsibility for building and executing the sales strategy required to maximize revenue growth for the Company across the entire breadth of his/her Account(s). The Sales Professional should have “hunter” mentality, being flexible to new challenges and have the creative ability to seize new opportunities. He/she is a team player with good communication skills and commitment to success through teamwork while achieving personal targets and objectives. He/she will be comfortable at a client user level as well as executives. Dependent upon location, sales territories are either allocated on geographic basis or as named accounts.
II. Main Responsibilities
Assist in building and implementing the Business Development (BD) plan for the region/area and internationally, and conduct BD activities as designated by the Sales Manager. As part of the team, the Sales Professional will gather market information, implement tactics, relationships and source new opportunities that enhance the Company’s ability to achieve the corporate mission and execute on its aggressive growth plans, the Sales Professional will:
Carry ultimate responsibility for all opportunities across the assigned Account(s) or region and drives sales across all the Company’s offerings.
Coordinate closely with the international Sales Manager (as applicable)
Coordinate product and solution sales opportunities with the respective Business Segment Staff and Specialists.
Maintain a documented monthly opportunity funnel (CRM) that covers all segment opportunities validated by the segment sales.
Maintain strong client relations across client organizations from users through senior client executives.
Maintain contacts and CVR (visit reports) in CRM for all his/her accounts.
In charge of overall proposal preparation for all quotes, tender’s preparation and finalization with assistance from Segment Sales.
In charge of legal and financial negotiation of all RFP’s, tenders and contracts in coordination with Legal and tax specialists.
Ensure contracts are in compliance with the Company’s contract policy and practices.
Control and approve of monthly invoicing for current month and provide next month forecast to Sales/Ops Mgr.
Maintain four quarter rolling revenue forecasts for all his/her accounts.
Assist finance department in resolving outstanding collection issues.
Monitor competition, market share and pricing within his/her Account(s) or geography.
Must Have:
Currently in Qatar;
Fluent in English;
3-5 years of previous Sales and BD work experience;
Experience in Oil and Gas (Upstream or Downstream);
Willing and ready for regional and international travels and work;
Education: University degree.
