Our company is urgently hiring for Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, managing calendar of the superior or employee.
• Coordinate with the accounts manager regarding their clients and payments status.
• Knowledgeable in invoicing, lpo and Book keeping is advantage
• Payroll Calculation and maintaining daily time sheets of the employee
• Directing communications between the employee and superior
• Knowledgeable in Hr duties (Local Labor Laws, Booking Flights & Hotels, Employee Records, Leave and Performance Managements, Recruitment, Employee Onboarding. Employee Compensations and Benefits.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing/Finance or related
• Candidate must be inside Qatar
• Can join immediately
• Must have transferable visa and a valid QID
• Language: English
