A leader in healthcare products and pharmacies required Senior Medical Sales Representative
POSITION PURPOSE:
Manage a cluster of brands (3-5) in one of the various categories such skin care, dental care, food supplement, baby care and others.
SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES:
•Develop brand strategy and tactics.
•Work closely with marketing team on development and execution of marketing campaigns.
•Monitor stock situation, analyze sales on monthly basis and suggest actions to ensure sales growth
•Liaise with supplier to check new products/ discontinued products and adjust portfolio accordingly
•Liaise with Visual Merchandising team to ensure proper merchandising of brand at POS
•Regular visits to customers, investing activities, collecting orders, Follow Delivery, Follow Payment,
•Group meetings / Sponsorship medical conferences
•Training related to brands portfolio
•Social media activities, Promotions, Bonuses
•Preparing business plan to achieve set target
•Detailing product information to all related health care practitioners
•Total coverage to all doctors/pharmacy list
•Other duties assigned by superior
REQUIREMENTS:
Skills: MS Office, Business Writing, Excellent Communication Skills, Good Command of English, Pro-active personality, creative, can-do attitude, well-organized.
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant field experience. Experience of work as a med rep or managing a team of med reps is a plus. Experience with beauty/ healthcare/ personal care products
Qualification: Degree in Pharmaceutical Field or Marketing and relevant work experience in a marketing/ sales role/ brand management.
