Position – Lead Process
Location- Qatar
Qualification – Engineering degree in Mechanical or equivalent
Years of experience – 10 plus years as minimum
Status – Bachelor

Knowledge and expertise in,
Conceptual studies, Basic Engineering, FEED, Detail Engineering, Project Management.
Development of Block flow diagram, Process safety diagram and preparation of Piping and instrumentation drawings.
Preparation of Equipment datasheets, Instrument datasheets, Line List, Equipment List, Utility Summary and Tie-in List.
Pump hydraulics, Control valve sizing and Equipment sizing
Safety Valve, Rupture Disc, Breather and Emergency Vent Calculations using API RP 520, API 521, API 2000
Simulation hands on experience in HYSYS, FLARENET, PIPESIM, PIPENET (Steady state & Transient)
Blowdown & Depressurization Study by HYSYS.
Process Cause & Effect matrix development and up-gradation
Preparation of Process design specifications, Philosophy, Control narratives, Calculation reports Blowdown summary etc..
HAZOP & SIL study and closeout reports.
Conversant with International standards like API, Shell DEP 43, DOW Standards, Saudi Aramco Standards, NOC Standard
Pre- Commissioning and Commissioning skills
