Hiring Interior Designer Draftsman for an interior design company located in Doha (Salwa Road);

Responsibilities:
•        Develop AutoCAD and 3D visuals perspective rendering and layout plans with detailed specifications.
•        Assist and work closely with inter-department teams.
•        Develop and execute high-quality interior design concepts including mood boards, presentations, and layout plans.
•        Draft and prepare detailed layout drawings.
•        Prepare detailed bill of quantities and quotations.
•        Preparing tender, construction, as built & shop drawings for architectural and interior design drawings.
•        Identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team.
•        Able to manage multiple projects at one time.
•        Do site visits and as-built plans.
•        Collaborate with other designers and project managers on projects.
•        Any other duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements:
•        Diploma in Interior Design.
•        Proficient in 2D & 3D design (AutoCAD, 3Ds MAX / SketchUp Pro / and
Photoshop), InDesign and rendering software are essential.
•        Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as draftsman, space planning stage for residential to commercial.
•        Knowledge of the design process, including M&E and detail construction drawings, color & materials, furniture and carpentry systems, specifications, and detailing will be a plus.
•        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, hardworking, willing to work independently and as a part of a team.
•        Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
